本研究旨在探討領導才能與休閒興趣之關係,以「領導才能性向測驗」及「休閒興趣量表」為研究工具,採用分層隨機抽取樣本,以桃竹苗三地區國小高年級學生為研究母群體,研究發現:(一)就領導才能而言:女生在「組織能力」、「溝通能力」、「協調能力」及「決策能力」優於男生;六年級學生在「決策能力」優於五年級學生(二)就休閒興趣而言:男生在「運動體能導向」的喜愛程度較女生為高,女生在「服務導向」、「藝文導向」、「個人娛樂消遣導向」及「家人同樂導向」等喜愛程度高於男生;五年級在「宗教參與導向」喜好程度高於六年級;父親高社經地位兒童在「資訊導向」喜愛程度高於中、低社經地位兒童。(三)國小高年級學生休閒興趣與領導才能整體表現具有顯著相關;「性別」、「資訊導向」等因素在領導才能整體表現上的預測力達顯著水準。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between leadership and leisure interest for elementary schools students. This study employed ”Leadership Aptitude Test” and ”Leisure Interest Scale” as instruments; the subjects were the students in the 5(superscript th)-6(superscript th) grade in Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Maoli. The results of the study arc as follows: 1. Regarding the leadership, female students had better abilities of ”organization,” ”communication,” ”coordination,” and ”decision making” than male students. Students in the 6(superscript th) grade had better ability of ”decision making” than those in the 5(superscript th) grade. 2. As to the leisure interests, boys had a stronger inclination for athletic activities than girls. However, girls took much interest in assisting activities, literature and art, recreational activity, and family activity than boys. There were no significant difference in leisure interest of students in the grades of 5(superscript th)-6(superscript th) but the students in the 5(superscript th) grade prefer ”religious activities” than those in the 6(superscript th) grade. Besides, those children whose fathers had higher social and economic status felt much interest in ”information activities” than others. 3. There was significant relevance between leisure interest and performance of leadership for students in the 5(superscript th)-6(superscript th) grade. The predictive influences of the factors such as gender, information activities on performance of leadership were significant at the significance level.
