高職農業實習教師評鑑規準發展之研究

Development of Evaluation Criteria for Agriculture Pre-service Teachers

摘要


本研究係採德懷術來進行「高職農業實習教師評鑑規準」之研究。由研究者參考相關文獻,編擬高農實習教師評鑑規準之問卷,邀請各高農教務主任與師資培育機構之學者等專家參與問卷填答與討論。參與專家共三十名,歷經三次問卷設計之修改,而後召開專家會議進行討論,最後整理出適合高農實習教師評鑑規準之五大類別的評鑑規準,分別爲農業專業知能、教學實習、導師實習、行政實習、和敬業精神與服務態度,共計七十九項評鑑規準,並據以發展出平時評量與學年評量的評鑑工具,以提供量化的方式進行高農實習教師之評鑑。

This study was conducted through Delphi technique. After a thorough review of literature of past decade, the researcher prepared a questionnaire draft for the purpose of evaluating agriculture pre-service teachers. There were 30 participants from agriculture school administrators as well as scholars from various universities to modify this draft thrice. Finally, after the third version of questionnaire was completed, a face-to-face meeting was conducted to discuss the details. As a result, 79 evaluation criteria were ready to evaluate the performance of those pre-service teachers serving in agriculture high schools. The Delphi group also reached an agreement on grouping criteria for formative and summative evaluations, and thus could be used as tools for perspective evaluators.
