探究大學與中小學專業夥伴攜手合作計畫之理念與實踐

摘要


課程改革與教師專業發展息息相關。有鑑於此,教育部於92年始推動「大學與中小學專業夥伴攜手合作」計畫,其主要目的係透過國民中小學主動向師資培育大學尋求支持,或師資培育大學主動與國民中小學合作,確定專業合作夥伴關係,進而研擬可行的教師專業發展計畫並實施,達到課程改革之目標。 本研究採用文獻探討、問卷調查及內容分析為方法,蒐集國內外專業夥伴關係、行動研究等論題的相關文獻,闡述專業攜手計畫的理念、功能與作法,再以參與者的觀點加以分析,主要分析之文件包含:課程與教學深耕計畫三年來的攜手計畫審查意見、成果報告、檢討會,以及問卷調查結果等。 全文計分為四部分,首先探討大學與中小學攜手合作發展專業夥伴的理念;次之分析實施攜手計畫,發展專業夥伴關係的內涵、方式、成效與問題;再者探討「理念」轉化「實踐」現場,為大學與中小學攜手合作尋求可行對策,最後提出結論與建議,期能裨益於教師專業發展的落實。

Ministry of Education (MOE) has begun to put ”partnership program between university/college and primary/junior high school” into practice since 2003 because of the high correlation between curriculum change and teachers' professional development. The main objective is to facilitate the partnership relation between universities/colleges and primary/junior high schools through the support requests from primary/junior high schools to teacher-training universities/colleges or vice versa. Furthermore, it will help draw up and implement applicable teachers' professional development plans, and, reach the goal of curriculum change. The research adopted several approaches including literature review, questionnaire and content analysis. It first collected relevant domestic and foreign documentation of partnership program and action research, which could elaborate the concepts, functions and approaches of partnership program. Sequentially it analyzed the data from participators points of view. Major documents include: the auditing opinions of partnership program, final reports, seminar records and questionnaire results, etc, under the scope of ”curriculum and teaching cultivation project” during past 3 years, There are 4 sections for the research. The first section discusses the concepts of partnership program between universities/colleges and primary/junior high schools. The second section analyzes the contents, approaches, results and problems about the partnership program. The third section provides the suggestions for practical implementation, turning the concepts into actions. The last section offers overall conclusions and suggestions, expecting to help develop teachers' professional development.
