網路創意教學社群之研究:閉鎖社群

Web-based Creative Teaching in a Closed Community

摘要


本研究的目的主要有二:一是以文獻分析的方式,嘗試探討未來在教育領域中利用網路平台形成教師創意教學社群的可行性;二是以行動研究的方式,貼近觀察網路創意教學社群實際運作的情形。本研究基於現行人力的考量,目前先以探討“閉鎖社群”為主,研究樣本則選自本校師資培育中心的學生,計有54位學生參與。在研究設計方面,本研究首先在自行架設的網站上放置12 個教學輔助教材,然後再邀請社群成員依據“新穎性”和“價值性”這兩項創意判準,直接在線上評選其等級。評選結果顯示:有四個教學輔助教材被評為「創意特優的輔助教材」;另有三個教學輔助教材被評為「可供修改的輔助教材」。針對創意特優的輔助教材,本研究進一步約談教材的設計者,從中嘗試歸納出創意教材的編製模式或流程;另一方面,對於可供修改的輔助教材,本研究則以“創意接龍”的方式,鼓勵社群成員進行創意修改,並藉之觀察網路創意教學社群實際運作的情形。

This study aimed to explore how to use the Internet-based platform to create a closed creative teaching community and how community members used this platform to enhance their creative thinking. Because of limitations on human resources, this ongoing research focused exclusively on a closed community. Participants were 54 prospective teachers enrolled in a teacher education center in a major university in northern Taiwan. The researcher set up a website where participants could access 12 support materials about teaching methodology. Community members then evaluated the teaching support materials according to two criteria: novel and valuable. The results from descriptive statistics showed that four of the 12 materials possessed higher levels of creativity than the others, whereas three were judged as less creative. Authors of the four more creative teaching materials were then interviewed to discover how they used their creativity to design these materials. On the other hand, the researcher asked participants to revise the three less creative teaching materials that apparently warrant revisions. Throughout the revision processes, participants were reminded to make best use of their creative thinking. The associated results have revealed that use of creative thinking is instrumental in improving the quality of teaching materials.
