This study adapts the method of document analysis to analyze the curriculum of pre-service education for primary and secondary school teachers in Germany. Then, it discussed the regulations of general education curriculum of pre-service education for primary and secondary school teachers in Germany. Following was to explain the execution of practicum curriculum of pre-service education for primary and secondary school teachers in Germany. Next was to expound the nature of in-service education curriculum for primary and secondary school teachers in Germany. Finally was to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the curriculum of pre-service and in-service education for primary and secondary school teachers in Germany. It can offer our country as reference for planning the curriculum of pre-service and in-service education for primary and secondary school teachers.
