高等教育碩士畢業生就業能力與職涯發展關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Employability and Career Development of Graduates in Higher Education

摘要


本研究旨在探討高等教育碩士畢業生就業能力與職涯發展之關係。以我國94學年度碩士畢業生為研究對象,研究方法採內容分析法中的次級資料分析,以臺灣高等教育資料庫「94學年度碩士班畢業後一年問卷」作為資料分析之來源。經本研究實證結果發現我國碩士畢業生的就業能力大致已達具備以上之認知與水準,唯在專業證照或相關能力、創新能力、領導能力及外語能力等表現,有待加強培訓與精進;碩士畢業生在職涯發展中的項目表現上有顯著差異。此外,更進一步探究的碩士畢業生在就業能力與職涯發展表現上有顯著差異,且碩士畢業生在就業能力與工作滿意度呈現正向相關,並在初職工作已達滿意以上之程度。最後就理論與實務意涵進行分析與討論,並提出討論與建議,以供教育行政機關、大專院校、畢業生及未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between employability and career development of graduates in higher education. This study is aimed at the higher educational graduate of master in 2005, and the research method is Secondary Analysis, the statistic information is based on Integrated Higher Education Database System in Taiwan, collecting student ideas and opinions. The graduates for employability index were generally high level of cognitive and standards for the above. But the graduates for employability in professional license or related capacity, innovation capacity, leadership ability and foreign language ability needed to be strengthened and sophisticated. In addition, Step further research there was significant difference in awareness about the employability and career development of graduates, and employability and job satisfaction of graduates were generally positive correlation. At the beginning of the process time job has reached more than satisfied. Finally, based on the above conclusions, this study has made some concrete suggestions to the educational administration institution, the universities, the graduates and for future studies.
