台北市立體育學院國民小學職前教師體育教學關心問題研究

Teaching Concerns of Elementary Physical Education Preservice Teachers in Taipei Physical Education College

摘要


研究發現教師對於教學上關心問題角度的不同將會影響其教師效能,因此,如果我們想要改善教學品質,則關心問題必須被闡明,如此才能産生出一個令人愉悅的教學環境。本研究之目的在於探討台北市體育學院國民小學職前教師體育教學關心問題,並分析教師特性變項與關心問題的關係。本研究利用問卷調查法搜集資料,研究樣本為本校教育學程班學生42人,國小師資班學生61人。資料處理採敘述統計、變異數分析、多變量變異數分析。本研究之主要結論為:(一)Fuller之教學關心問題發展理論並不適用於台北市立體育學院職前教師;(二)問卷調查法所得資料之正確性有待商確,如能以質的研究加以檢視,其結果可能更為正確;(三)參與體育運動之經驗才是影響職前教師體育教學關心問題之主要原因。

It has been identified that teacher concerns have a great impact on teacher effectiveness. If we hope that teaching environment can be improved and more enjoyable, teacher concerns must be identified and address. The purpose of this study was to identify elementary physical education preservice teachers' concerns and to analyze the relationships among concerns and selected teacher characteristics in Taipei Physical Education College. Questionnaire was utilized for data collection. The sample was 103 elementary physical education preservice teachers in Taipei Physical Education College. Data was computed by descriptive statistics, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). The main conclusions were following: (a) Fulle's developmental theory of teacher concerns was not applicable to Taipei Physical Education College elementary preservice teachers; (b) The accuracy of data collected from questionnaire was supposed to be subject to further exam of qualitative research; (c) The experience of sport involvement was the main factor which influenced concerns of elementary preservice teachers in Taipei Physical Education College.
