助跑速度以及最後5公尺與10公尺速度對跳遠成績的影響

Influence of Long Jump Approach Velocity, Last 5m and 10m Velocity on It's Performance

摘要

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of long jump approach velocity, last 5m and 10m velocity on it's performance. Seven male collegiate long jumpers participated in this study. They were tested there long jump approach period velocity in each 5m period, last 3 approach strides and long jump performance. The results shows the whole approach period velocity have significant relationship with long jump performance (p<.01~.001) except 20-25m. The approach velocity curve shows athletes progress increase there approach velocity, and at 10-15m period reach there maximum velocity (average 9.69±.31m/sec). After then start decrease velocity from 10m to tack-off. On average, last 3 strides were 2.18±.21, 2.26±.19 and 2.13±.12m respectively, but did not have significant relationship with performance. Use last 5m approach velocity to predict performance shows increase 0.lm/sec will cause improve 6.72cm in long jump performance, and last l0m approach velocity shows increase 0.lm/sec will cause improve 9.54cm. We conclude that the faster the last approach period velocity, the better the long jump performance. Because the specificity of the long jump, the long jumper should improve there maximum velocity of 50m. We suggest that last 10m approach velocity may more effective than last 5m to predict long jump performance. On the other hand, athletes should put an eye on the last 10m approach velocity.
