武術南拳優秀選手劉俊偉盤跌腿動作運動生物力學特徵探討

The Study of Biomechanical Characteristics of Wushu Nan Quan Elite Athlete Liu Chun-wei's Jumping-spinning-inside-kick Movement

摘要


南拳項目的運動特點剛猛有力,步型步法要求實在清晰,全套由五、六十個動作所組成,其中僅有一個彈跳性質的難度動作一盤跌腿,相對地這個動作具有關鍵性的意義,常是檢測一個運動員綜合性運動素質良與否的指標,影響最後裁判的評分。劉俊偉是我國現役最優秀的南拳選手,在國際比賽中得牌率是百分之百,本研究希望透過運動生物力學的方法,測試其盤跌腿動作之力學特點,並針對技術優勢部份與國內其他南拳選手作一比較以提供未來訓練選手之參考。 本研究是以高速攝影機及測力板來獲取運動學及動力學資料,而高速攝影機是使用Kodak Fastcam拍攝,其拍攝頻率爲每秒125張,快門爲1/125,測力板是以Kistler 9281B,採樣頻率爲1000Hz。資料分析方面運動學是採用十二個肢段、十六個參考點的人體模型進行影片分析。 經結論本研究建議: 一、在未來訓練南拳選手針對盤跌腿動作可分爲助跑技術,制動起跳蹬地內擺腿等技術,並設計相應之強化訓練方法以達到整體性改進之效果。 二、遴選多數選手透過相同的訓練方式後,再對選手進行測試,並透過統計分析將影響盤跌腿動作之相關變數更行深入探討。

The characteristics of the Wushu Nan Quan are punching powerful and steady footwork. Although the Nan Quan includes 56 movements, one of the most important and difficult ones is jumping-spinning-inside-kick. Unfortunately, this movement is the key point to understand the abilities of the athletes and to influence the judgments of the adjudicator. The purpose of the research is to realize the biomechanics of jumping-spinning-inside-kick. The research takes the Mr. Liu Chun-Wei who is the most elite Nan Quan athlete of R.O.C. for our participant. We hope the analysis can give other athletes more information and suggestions in the future. We recorded the motion with Kodak Fastcam high-speed video camera at a frequency of 125 frames per second. The kinematics analysis involved APAS software, and the body segment model that has 16 points and 12 segments, from the video recorder to the computer. Kinetic variables were estimated using Bio Ware 2.0 software that sampling rate is 1000Hz. In the future we hope to obtain more quantitative agreement by including both approach and takeoff effects in the calculation and a more realistic potential.
