本研究於八十六年十二月十九日以一部60Hz攝影機,記錄1997年中華汽車盃國際體操邀請賽中所有選手的單槓賽前練習,選取成功完成大迴環接續「屈體後空翻二周騰越」抓槓動作的選手烏克蘭索蘇亞•羅馬(Zozuiya Roman)作爲本研究的對象,以七個肢斷的人體模型,進行二度空間的影片數位化,探討運動學參數與動作特徵。 本研究所得結論如下: 一、在大迴環位置182°時,身體形成最大的弓背姿勢,髖角210°,同時產生最大重心角速度5.64弧度/秒,此爲典型的「晚振浪」技術。 二、離槓瞬間,身體重心在大迴環位置295°、水平速度-1.8公尺/秒、垂直速度3.9公尺/秒、角動量56.89kg平方公尺/s。 三、離槓後,身體飛行時間爲0.78秒、身體重心最高高度3.98公尺。軀幹最大角速度14.9弧度/秒。 四、選手在離槓後,伸展髖關節,迅速使身體成爲背弓姿勢,以提早面對單槓,增加準備抓槓的時間,並能夠在高於單槓的位置上完成抓槓。
The movement of the Kovacs piked in horizontal bar was performed by Zozuiya Roman which was filmed at the horizontal bar practice events by a 60Hz video camera prior to the 1997 China Motor International Gymnastic Invitation Competition. The 7-segements two-dimensional analyzing system was applied on this study. The filmed gymnast was digitized as linked rigid bodies (segment method) to calculate the biomechanical variables. The results were as the follows: 1. The gymnast had the greatest hip angle (210°) at the giant swing position 182°and had the greatest angular velocity of the C.G. (5.64rad/s) at the same time. It was called the late ”beat action” type. 2. The position, horizontal velocity, vertical velocity and angular moment of the mass center away from the bar were 3.98m, -1.8m/s, 3.9m/s and 56.89kgm^2/s. 3. The time, the highest height of the CG and the greatest trunk angular velocity were 0.78s, 3.98m and 14.9rad/s during the flight phase. 4. The hip angle was extending after releasing the bar until the greatest hip angle had done. That made the gymnast face the bar earlier and get ready for catching up the bar.
