本研究之目的在於: 一、了解台北市國民小學體育教師之教師效能信念之現況; 二、探討不同教師背景變項在教師效能信念之差異情形; 三、探討教師背景變項對教師效能信念之預測情形。 本研究以問卷調查法來收集所需資料,問卷包含個人基本資料及教師效能信念量表。本研究以台北市國小體育教師為研究對象,抽樣方式以台北市150所公私立小學,每校隨機抽樣二位體育教師,共發放300份問卷,回收有效問卷184份,回收有效率為61.3%。資料處理採敘述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及多元逐步回歸。 本研究主要結果為: 一、台北市國民小學體育教師之整體教師效能信念得分情形在中上程度; 二、擔任職務、最高學歷在教師效能信念達顯著差異; 三、最高學歷、教師取得及婚姻可預測體育教師效能信念,但其預測力並不強。
The purpose of this study was to (a) identify teacher efficacy of Elementary School Physical Education in Taipei; (b) compare the differences among selected demographic variables on teacher efficacy; and (c) identify prediction effect of background variables for teacher efficacy. Two questionnaires designed by the author were utilized for data collection including (a) demographic information sheet; and (b) Elementary School Physical Education Teacher Efficacy Scale. The sample was 300 physical education teachers randomly selected from 150 elementary schools (two teachers of each school) in Taipei. From the survey returned, 184 were coded. The response rate for this study was 61.3%. Descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, and one-way ANOVA were computed for data analysis. The results indicated that (a) Elementary School Physical Education teachers were moderately high on teacher efficacy in Taipei; (b) the significant differences were found on teacher efficacy by position and highest degree earned; and (c) highest degree earned, marital status, and education credit resource can predict teacher efficacy. Several recommendations for further research were made by the author.
