摘要

運動與政治是糾葛不清的事實，迄今不斷地在上演著，尤其是我國對此方面的衝擊更甚於其他國家，同時也有諸多問題尚待釐清，以及有待政府與民間共同努力。 本文透過內容分析法及博奕論的觀點，針對新浪隊加入大陸籃球甲A聯賽名稱，及第九屆亞洲溜冰錦標賽稱謂與會旗問題分析，主要是在提醒國人正視這個問題，並且建議政府進一步教育我國各運動協會，如何善用我國與國際奧會跟中共之間所簽署的協議，採取有利略與作法，去面對將會陸續發生的問題，確實值得吾人省思與善用。

The tangle between sports and politics has been truth and playing for a long time. The negative impact of that issue is more severe to Taiwan than any other countries. And there are still lots of problems for the Taiwan's government and its people to put their efforts to clarify the ambiguous situations.
This article uses the methods of content-analysis and game theory to analyze these arguing issues like: The team name of the Sina basketball team for joining the China's basketball A-team League; and The team name and representative flag of Taiwan to join The 9(superscript th) Asian Roller-Skating Championships.
The article's purpose is to remind and educate people in Taiwan whoever they are governors or the people of sports associations to face the real international sports situations and learn how to deal IOC by leveraging the agreements signed between Taiwan and the rest parties. The best way is to encounter the upcoming issues with profound strategies which might turn our situations around.
