籃球選手心理技能之研究

The Investigation of the Sport Psychological Skills of Men's Amateur-League Basketball Players

摘要


心理技能是影響優秀運動員運動表現的因素之一,在實力相當的競賽當中,勝負的關鍵往往是運動員臨場的心理表現。本研究的目的在探討不同水準、年齡、運動年齡之國內甲組籃球選手心理技能之差異與相關情形。研究對象以參加91年度甲組籃球聯賽之選手(共68人),平均年齡23.63±3.79歲、運動年齡10.30±1.33年。所有選手在比賽之前填寫運動心理技能量表。本研究結果顯示(1)以描述統計發現國內甲組籃球選手心理技能在「專注」與「壓力因應」兩項因素偏低。(2)以獨立樣本t考驗發現不同競技水準選手心理技能國手組在年齡、球齡與「壓力因應」、「專注」及「自信心」顯著高於非國手組。(3)皮爾遜積差相關分析後發現選手年齡、球齡與心理技能中的「壓力因應」、「專注」與「自信心」因素呈正相關。建議教練應於平日訓練中,加入心理訓練,以提昇選手臨場運動表現。

Psychological skills were important factors that influenced the performance of the elite athletes. In a competitive situation, athletes' psychological constructs can play a critical role in determining the outcomes of the competitions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of psychological skills in different skill levels, age, and sport experience of male basketball players in the Amateur League. Participants were 68 men's Amateur-League (A-League) basketball players (average age=23.63-year, SD=1.47). The average length of their playing experience was 10.30 years (SD=1.33). Participants were asked to complete the Psychological Skills Assessment Questionnaire after signing the informed consent. The findings of the results indicated the following conclusions. (1) The descriptive analysis showed that two psychological-skills factors of the A-League basketball players, concentration and stress coping, were significantly lower than other factors. (2) The T-test analysis showed that participants, who were National Team members, scored significantly higher in factors such as ”stress coping”, ”concentration”, and ”self-confidence” than did non-National Team members. (3) The Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis showed that players' age and playing experience were positively related to several psychological-skills factors such as stress coping, concentration, and ”self-confidence. The researcher suggests that coaches should implement psychological skills training during the regular practices in order to enhance athletes' performance. In the end, the directions for future researches were also discussed in the conclusion section.
