本研究旨在探討網線張力對網球拍振動品質之影響,以網球拍「甜蜜區分布」及「握把振動能量」作為評估品質之指標,測試Wilson高碳纖維網球拍在無網線、穿45磅與55磅網線張力之三種狀態下之品質表現。應用有限元素分析軟體(ANSYS 5.5版)之疊加功能探測「甜蜜區分布」情形,以free-free邊界設定,取得前四個模態疊加振型圖示加以比較;並透過實驗模態分析技巧,應用衝擊鎚作為激振器,加速度計作為感應器,對球拍施以衝擊實驗,透過ME'Scope軟體取得握把節點位移大小,以此計算出握把「振動能量」之強弱。本研究比較不同網線張力球拍之品質指標後,獲得重要結論如下: 一、網線張力大小,對甜蜜區範圍與位置並未有顯著影響。 二、加上網線後,有降低球拍握把振動能量之功效,尤以55磅網線張力降低率優於45磅網線張力。
The Purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of string tension of tennis racket on the vibration quality. With the evaluation index of sweet-spot-area distribution and grip vibration energy, to test the quality of Wilson high-fiber racket in the conditions of non-string, 45-pound, and 55 pound. The Mode surperposition of Finite element method (FEM) software (ANSYS 5.5) was used for the sweet-spot-area distribution. The free-free border was set to obtain modal shape. Furthermore, with experiment model analysis, hammer as actuator, and accelerometers as sensor, the attack experiment was treated. By ME'Scope to obtain the move of grip node, the vibration energy would be calculated. After evaluating on racket's vibration quality, the study comes to the following conclusions: 1. The size of string tension is not directly related to the range and position of sweet-spot-area 2. 45-pound & 55-pound string could decrease the vibration energy of grip; especially 55-pound was superior to 45-poound.
