“左右開弓”之探討～以壘球揮棒擊球動作為例～

摘要

本文之主要目的是探討『左右開弓』在壘球揮棒擊球動作上的運用。由於傳統上的觀念，教練都依照選手們的慣用手，來作為選擇打擊區的依據，但對於這一種教導方式，至今仍然找不出有力的說詞，就左右開弓的優勢而言，我們可以嘗試打破傳統舊有的觀念，以動作技能相關理論來詮釋對非慣用手的學習，並以壘球揮棒擊球動作來探討，說明壘球揮擊的左右開弓所佔的優勢、阻礙因素以及應該運用什麼訓練策略執行，做為所探討的內容，瞭解其可行性為何？使壘球技術更為提昇。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the application of switch-hitting to softball swinging and hitting. However, out of the traditional concept, coaches usually choose the batter's box for players, in accordance with their strong hands. This instruction guide still couldn't have any powerful evidence to prove it. For switch-hitting advantages, we should try to break through the old concept, explaining weak-handed learning with relevant motor-skill theories, exploring the swinging and hitting motions of softball to state and illustrate the switch-hitting predominance over softball swinging and hitting, obstacle factors and the training strategies we should execute, which would all be taken as the contents of this study in order to understand its feasibility and promote softball skills well.
