摘要

人性管理是一個古老而又現實的命題。中國古代特種思想中“別人之導，攻心為上”的說法就充分體現尊重人對管理的重要性。仁愛關懷是人性管理的具體表現。在具體的管理實踐中，通過仁愛關懷的行為是被管理者能夠感受到被尊重和關愛。道德教育是指對人的德性培養的教育，是人性管管的內容之一。本文就人性管理、仁愛關懷與道德教育之間的關係作進一步的探討。

Benevolence is a concrete manifestation of people-oriented management. Exploring the concept of moral and with its different developing stages; we can analyze and investigate the meaning and the development of moral education. Based on the respect for life and human being, moral education is the mean for cultivating human's enthusiastic characteristics and one of the concepts in people- oriented management. Nevertheless, people-oriented management, generating from benevolent behaviors, is the subject matter of humanity management, which reflects the highest level of the nature of man-morality. Therefore, it is clear that people-oriented management is an educational course maintaining the perfect value of human morality.
