澳門護生知識管理現況的調查

The Current Situation of Macau Student Nurse in Knowledge Management

Background: Nursing professional development is closely related to the knowledge-based economy, as nursing education model is changing, contemporary teaching is oriented in management knowledge, and therefore, how to lead students to enhance their knowledge management capabilities, in order to improve the quality of services for the nursing profession is an important issues. Purpose: To explore the current status of knowledge management (KM) of student nurses in Macau. Method(s): KM questionnaire for nursing students is applied in this research (Cronbach's α=.85), purposive sampling is used to collect samples from 310 full-time nursing students. SPSS 16.0 was used for statistical analysis. Result(s): Significant difference was found in the attitude of knowledge management of nursing students from different grades (p<.001). High correlation (p<.001) exits between knowledge management cognitive, attitude, behavior and knowledge management cognitive of their practicing organization (i.e. hospital). Conclusions: Senior nursing students possess more profound professional knowledge, in regards to the clinical placement, their way of thinking arc comparatively diversified than juniors, while their clinical performance of application in nursing skill is also comparatively better. Suggestion for the educational organization to build up learning groups, sharing the knowledge learnt will be helpful in raise up nursing students' cooperation. A good learning clinical placement environment will also make case for the students to adapt in clinical learning and affirmation of social roles.
