對Watson關懷理論應用於慢性心臟衰竭病人自我管理計劃的理解
摘要
本文回顧心力衰竭病人的自我管理計劃，與Watson關懷理論的結合。這有助臨床護士理解Watson關懷模式，以改善其照護計劃的設置。現存的心力衰竭病人自我管理計劃皆有融入十項Watson關懷理論因子，然而心臟科護士應關注心力衰竭病人的靈性照護，讓心力衰竭病人得到最大限度的身心康泰。

This paper reviewed how elements of the Watson's caring model were found in self-management program interventions to care for chronic heart failure (CHF) patients. It helped nurses understand the Watson's model as to enhance the design of their nursing care. The majority of the 10 Watson's Model curative factors could be identified in the existing CHF self-management programs. However, spiritual care was one importance for cardiac nurses to pay more attention to improve the underlying care for chronically ill patients with heart failure. Ideally, curative factors application would help to facilitate the greatest degree of blessing, achievements and longevity for CHF patient.
