摘要

本文旨要探討以下兩個問題。第一，企業與環境第三部門關係的轉變；以及第二，企業與環境第三部門彼此之「綠色同盟」(Green Alliance)合作關係對國家或非國家行為者產生之影響。企業與環境第三部門兩者在「全球環境治理」(Global Environmental Governance)途徑當中扮演重要的角色，本文透過「海洋管理委員會」(Marine Stewardship Council, MSC)案例研究，除了說明企業和環境團體之間關係的變化外，並了解綠色同盟合作關係對國家或非國家行為者產生的影響。透過國際關係的視野，希冀能夠為台灣第三部門的研究帶來不同的啓發。

This article purpose to research about follow questions: first, what relationship between industry and environmental third-sector; second, the cooperation between industry and environmental third-sector to make ”Green Alliance”, which influence over the state or non-state actors. Industry and Environmental Third-Sector are playing impartment role in Global Environmental Governance approach, through the case of Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), this article not only to show that the change relations between industry and environmental group, but also proved that the influence of green alliance on other state and non-state actors, and then draw the outline of their interaction relationship. Finally, by the sight of International Relations, this article hopes to bringing different edification and understanding for research of third-sector.
