地工合成材料應用於道路鋪面基底層之探討

摘要


本文係針對地工合成材料應用於臨時性道路及永久性道路基底層加勁設計進行探討。研究結果顯示;臨時性道路在路基較薄時因車轍較小,地工合成材料僅具有隔離之功能,但在路基較厚時若無加勁材料則車轍可能大於100mm,因此使用地工合成材料顯得相當重要。永久性道路之加勁設計是在鋪面基層/底層問放入地工合成材料,如此加勁通常可允許厚度減少或延長生命週期。永久性道路底層加勁設計是使用地工合成材料於底層中或底層底部作為抗張材料而達到延長服務年限及減少鋪面厚度。永久性道路路基加勁設計係採用路基反力值進行設計,路基反力值加勁設計係於路基/基層或路基/底層之軟弱路基使用地工合成材料,以承受作用於路基之負荷。

This study is to analyze the reinforcement design method for paved temporary road and paved permanent road which used the geosynethetic material. The analysis result shows that the rutting depth is smaller when the thickness of paved temporary road is thinner. Therefore, the geosynthetic only owned the isolative function, the rutting depth will be larger than 100mm if the subgrade without the geosynthetic material. To use the geosynthetic material is very important for the base and subbase of road. When design of the paved permanent road, the reinforcement of the base of road, is put geosynthetic material into the base and subbase of road. After the method used, the thickness will be reduced and the lifecycle will be longer. The base reinforcement design for paved permanent road is to use the geosynthetic material on the bottom and base as tension material in order to reach the improvement of road service period and reduce the pavement thickness. The subgrade restraint design always happened on the soft road base which used the geosynthetic material for the subgrade/subbase or subgrade/base.
