In response to the current development of global flat-panel displays, the Korean government has officially drawn up the next-generation flat-panel display technology development strategy. In addition to approving the reorganization of Samsung Display (SDC) and the supply of related components and materials, it also uses quantum dot OLED (QD-OLED) as a weapon for next generation display industry. The goal of the next-generation panel products is to actively prepare to invest in the global consumer market; at the same time, it has also begun to review SDC's preparations to sell the LCD panel factory in Suzhou, China. Strengthen the development of flat panel display components, materials and equipment.
