摘要

本文旨在探討現代成人圖書館借由學習型組織概念轉型為學習型圖書館所可能遭遇的困難與努力途徑，期能透過館祖織的團隊批判思考、集體意識覺醒、積極反省固有知識與經驗，以及相互交流與學習，共創組織生命韌性與永續成長的力量。文內介紹學習型圖書館的意義，現代圖書館成人服務，現代圖書館組織文化與氣候對組織團隊學習的重要影響，現代圖書館支援成人學習的十一項功能，現代圖書館組織問題分析中的基本結構、專業團隊、館員與資訊及讀者之間的關係，以及藉由對圖書館組織結構與文化、館員個體、專業團隊與館方服務等方面提出邁向學習型圖書館的基本策略。

This paper explores some of the possible difficulties facing the effort fo transform an adult library into a learning library. Major aspects concerning learning library such as terms, staff, regulations, culture, adult learning services, problematic analysis and tactics are examined through a total analysis, a series of vehicles for learning library is identified. Modem libraries ought to transform themselves into an organic learning mechanism. It is necessary to have an emancipated mind without ideology in such an era of crisis in order to carry out the ideal of a permanent living library.
