檔案專業倫理準則內容之探討

摘要

專業倫理是某一專業行為的規範，也是社會大眾對該專業信賴的憑藉，本文首先釐清倫理與道德的分野，說明專業倫理的意義，並介紹專業倫理準則的一般形式與檔案專業倫理關注的內容重點，進而比較分析美國、加拿大、澳洲及國際檔案理事所訂定之檔案專業倫理準則的內容，最終擬具結論與建議，提供我國建立檔案專業倫理準則的參考。

Professional ethics is a guidance to evaluate the behavior of a profession and can serve to strengthen the trust that exists between client and profession. This paper explains the difference between morality and ethics. The general format and content of archival ethics codes are introduced. The United States, Canada, Australia and the International Council on Archives are taken as examples to explain the content of archival ethics codes. As a result, the conclusion and suggestions are described as a reference for Taiwan.
