摘要

叢書於我國的發展在清朝可分為初、中、晚三期，本文所欲介紹潘祖蔭之《滂喜齋叢書》與《功順堂叢書》便是屬於晚期者，清代晚期所刻之叢書的特色，一方面繼承乾嘉之學的樸學風範而著重於古籍的蒐羅、校讎與刊刻，一方面則受西學影響表現出專門性的傾向。潘祖蔭的這兩套叢書一方面忠實的呈現出這兩個特色，一方面卻也藉由這兩套叢書突顯出潘祖蔭生命的態度，踏實、堅持與著眼於並世諸賢。
本文欲就潘祖蔭之《滂喜齋叢書》與《功順堂叢書》兩套叢書略作淺析，筆者僅分四大部分，分別介紹編者之生平、編纂動機與成書、收書內容與特色、文獻價值與缺失，以期能借上述方面建構描摹出潘氏的編纂成書的用心，以期能對這部叢書有更加深入的瞭解。

By this way, we can know the intention of compiling the Library Series and realize the deeper meaning of these forms.
