目的:醫院辦理社區醫療服務,是落實預防保健,提供連續性照護的方法之一,以問卷調查方式評估某社區健康促進計畫。方法:2016年辦理5場社區醫療服務,透過服務項目的參與人數統計及滿意度調查,以描述性統計方法分析。結果:統計1,223份問卷發現:民眾參與程度最高的項目為「眼壓檢查」,「醫療諮詢(慢性腎臟病除外)」服務的參與度最低,檢查結果以「牙齒檢查」異常發生率最高,滿意度調查結果以「您對醫療人員專業的程度」得分最高,「您對提供的服務項目」得分最低。結論:社區醫療服務提供簡易的健康檢查,具有醫療服務的可近性,未來持續努力的目標為提高民眾參與,增加民眾對口腔衛生的保健知識,改善服務場地的流程與標示。
Purpose: Hospital-led community-based health promotion is one of the most practical approaches to provide consistent health care. Methods: A survey was conducted to measure the overall satisfaction with five community-based health promotion programs implemented in 2016. Results: Based on the 1,223 responses received, ocular inspection was the program marked with the highest participation rate (96.4%), while only 9.4% of the participants utilized medical consultation services. Oral inspection, on the other hand, reported the highest rate of abnormal findings. Satisfaction with the professionalism of the health care providers ranked the highest and that with the items of the provided services the lowest. Conclusion: Community-based health care service provides simple and accessible health examinations and medical services. Future efforts for enhancing its effectiveness should be directed to raising the participation rate for consultation services, increasing public awareness of oral hygiene, and improving the operational procedures and directional signage at the venue.
