Flumazenil對tiletamine-zolazepam麻醉領角鴞的部分拮抗作用

Partial Antagonist Effect of Flumazenil against Tiletamine-zolazepam Anesthesia in Collared Scops-Owls (Otus lettia)

摘要


本研究以16隻野生猛禽”領角鴨”為對象,探討部分拮抗劑Flumazenil(FMZ)對tiletamine-zolazepam(TZ)10mg/kg麻醉恢復時間之影響。以TZ 10 mg/kg於領角鴞的右側胸肌注射20分鐘後,再分別於左側胸肌注射生理食鹽水(對照組)與FMZ 0.0125、0.025、0.05、0.1 及0.2mg/kg(實驗組),觀察動物於恢復期之抬頭、站立以及走路時間。結果:實驗組FMZ 0.0125、0.025及0.05mg/kg劑量組,相較對照組均可縮短恢復時間。恢復期之走路時間以FMZ 0.05mg/kg劑量組效果最佳,與對照組比較具顯著性縮短恢復時間,FMZ劑量增加至0.1mg/kg時,其恢復時間卻較0.05mg/kg劑量組長,當使用劑量增加至0.2 mg/kg時,其恢復時間亦較0.05 mg/kg劑量組長並具顯著性差異。綜合上述,建議FMZ 0.05 mg/kg可明顯縮短TZ 10mg/kg麻醉領角鴞之恢復時間,但使用高劑量FMZ 0.1及0.2 mg/kg時,會產生類似BZDs作用劑的作用且恢復時間延長。

This study was to evaluate the antagonist effect of flumazenil (FMZ) to against the anesthetized effect of the combination of tiletamine-zolazepam (TZ) in Collared Scops-Owls (Otus lettia) which were raised in Endemic Species Research Institute, Nantou, Taiwan. Sixteen owls were administered with the combination of tiletamine-zolazepam (10mg/kg i.m.). After 20-minute TZ administration, we observed the time of head-up, stand-up and walking during recovery among the control group (saline treatment) and FMZ-treated groups (0.0125, 0.025, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2 mg/kg flumazenil administered respectively). The results in the 0.0125 mg/kg, 0.025 mg/kg, and 0.05 mg/kg FMZtreated groups showed short recovery time in Collared Scops-Owls anesthetized with TZ 10 mg/kg. The walking time in the group of 0.05 mg/kg FMZ-treated group had significantly shortened, compared with the control group. Longer recovery time was observed in 0.1 mg/kg FMZ-treated and reached to significant level in 0.2 mg/kg FMZ-treated groups that were compared with 0.05mg/kg FMZ-treated group. In conclusion, 0.05 mg/kg FMZ-treated group was recommended to shorten recovery time in Collared Scops-Owls anesthetized with TZ 10 mg/kg, whereas 0.1 mg/kg FMZ-treated and 0.2 mgt kg FMZ-treated groups were resulting in longer recovery time due to benzodiazepines (BZDs) agonist-like effect.
