心理諮詢介入對於青少年憂鬱症之影響探討:南部某公立高級中學之例證

Mental Hygiene Measurement as an Intervention of Melancholia Screening: Evidence from a Public High School in Southern Taiwan

摘要


Purpose: To understand the effectiveness of a program incorporating resources of the health center of community and the melancholia and suicide prevention center of a school in the students' mental health. Methods: Samples under investigation are students of a senior high school in southern Taiwan during the academic years of 2007 and 2008. Results: The average scores of pre- and post-tests of melancholia screening were significantly different (p < 0.001), so as to those individuals that were assessed as 19 points and higher. Conclusions: The mental hygiene education program as psychological intervention was effective in reducing the melancholia problems. Intervention projects of this kind could be especially advantageous for the adolescences in the case that the public health organizations could provide comprehensive programs that integrating resources in both vertical and horizontal ways timely.
