心肌梗塞病人之焦慮改善專案

A Project of Improving Myocardial Infarction Patients' Anxiety

摘要


背景:心肌梗塞病人緊急狀況下安排心導管檢查後再入住加護病房,又因陌生環境和面孔而感到困惑和擔憂,會直接或間接影響心臟修。目的:找出導致病人焦慮相關因素來進行改善故本專案自2010年7月5日至10月31日,實施前後各針對預轉出加護單位之30位病人以10分焦慮視覺類比量表所編制的「心肌梗塞病人焦慮程度問卷」來進行調查各項焦慮源及焦慮程度。解決方案:(1)建立心肌梗塞衛教作業流程圖(2)推動各項噪音源防治的改善方案(3)統一會客時間解釋病情進展。結果:並以相同問卷進行評價改善成果。結果顯示,病人之焦慮程度由5.4分降至1.4分,顯示專案之成效。

Background: In emergency of myocardial infarction case, the patient is referred to Intensive Care Unite after CAG examination, they will face a strange environment and people which can cause their confused and worries. This condition direct or indirectly influences their cardiac rehabilitation. Purpose: However, finding the factors that can cause patient's worries and to overcome it, will be a key improving it better. The study population was recruited from July 5 to October 30, 2010 and calculated of 30 patients ICU transferring cases, which myocardial infarction patient anxious degrees questionnaire each item of anxious origin and visual analogue scale of scale by 10 point expression anxious degree. Strategies : The discovery causes the patient anxious source to include (1) cognitive deficit of illness, (2)lack of understanding of medical procedures, (3)noisy environment, it was deter mined that the status could be imported by establish myocardial infarction standard procedures. Gathering visiting's Time used for their illness development etc, and the same time using Questionnaire to predict the results of observation. Results: The average score was dropped from 5.4 points to 1.4 points. Therefore, We suggest that these case of myocardial infarction's health education procedure way use in intensive care units.
