摘要


本文旨在針對針對現代足球運動專項體能—速度的特點,透過文獻探討分析,對足球選手如何增資速度素質訓練的發展趨勢及訓練的主要特點、訓練內容、訓練方法、訓練手段進行探討,其中包括:一、反應速度的訓練方法。二、動作速度的訓練方法。三、移動速度的訓練方法。並對教練提出具體的訓練建議,即認真審視訓練過程,結合實際比照比賽的需要進行與結合科學安排速度素質訓練,以達不斷改進訓練方法結合努力提高訓練方法與水準。
