自我呈現、社會體型焦慮與健身運動依賴

Self-Presentation, Social Physique Anxiety and Exercise Dependence

摘要


規律健身運動的益處可說是眾所皆知,然而運動對於人們並不是百益而無一害的。近年來,健身運動依賴逐漸受到學者的重視,而有部分研究將其與其他因素(如自我呈現、社會體型焦慮等)連結進行研究,但研究之間卻沒有一致的結果。本研究藉由回顧過去的研究發現,過去對於自我呈現、社會體型焦慮與健身運動依賴之間的關係有不一致的結果,有可能是因為:(1)研究對象的選擇(2)設計不良的研究工具。最後,本研究針對上述結果進行討論,並提出對未來研究之建議。

As we always know, exercise is good for human health, but still, it was not totally harmless. In recent years, exercise dependence has been noticed by more and more scholars, and some of them did some research about the relationship between exercise dependence and other factors (i.e. self-presentation, social physique anxiety), but there was no consistence finding between the researches. After reviewing former researches, I think the cause of lack of consistency of research finding was: (1) the choice of participants (2) uncauciously designed research tools. Finally, this study provided some suggestions of future researches.
