教練知覺組織公平、參與動機與工作滿意度關係之研究

摘要


本研究目的旨在探討運動團隊教練知覺組織公平、參與動機的關係,以及在工作滿意度的預測情形。採問卷調查法進行,以「國小運動團隊教練知覺組織公平、參與動機與工作滿意度問卷」為工具,研究對象為高雄市國小運動團隊教練,共抽取360名為研究樣本,回收問卷332份,有效問卷306份。所得資料典型相關、多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析。結果結果有以下發現:一、知覺組織公平與參與動機之間有典型相關存在,得到二組典型相關結構,其中以知覺組織公平的「程序公平」對參與動機的「外在成就」之間相關性最高。二、知覺組織公平及參與動機可以有效預測工作滿意度,程序公平及外在成就是預測工作滿意度的主要變項。

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship among the fairness of school organization, participation motivation and job satisfaction of the coach sports teams in elementary school in Kaohsiung City. The research use questionnaire survey with "The scale of the relationship among fairness of school organization, participation motivation and job satisfaction of the coach sports teams who teach in elementary school in Kaohsiung City". It was composed 360 teachers from different schools. There were 306 valid questionnaires. Data obtained were canonical correlation, stepwise multiple regression and so on. The conclusions of this research were as followed:1. Between the fairness of school organization and participation motivation had the canonical correlation existence, obtains two group of canonical correlation structures, the relevance between procedural justice of fairness of school organization and external achievement of participation motivation to be highest. 2. Fairness of school organization and participation motivation could anticipate the job satisfaction. According to the conclusion of the research, we could find two result: a. Distributive justice, procedural justice and interactive justice of fairness of school organization are the most effective factors to anticipate coach sports teams' job satisfaction.b. Self-realization and outside achievement are the most effective factors to anticipate coach sports teams' job satisfaction.
