考慮數量折扣之整體供應鏈模型

Quantity Discounts Considered Model on Supply Chain Management

摘要


為因應全球化挑戰,現今企業所考量的不再只是侷限於過去傳統企業所追求的本身利潤極大化,雖然獲利條件必然是企業考量因素之一,但資源配置、設備運用、採購等面向都將是創造整體供應鏈總體價值最大化之目標,因此,藉由整體供應鏈全面性的考量以創造總體價值最大化之目標實為企業所應探討之議題。 本研究旨在建構-有關多期多樣式產品在有限產能與空間限制下之多工廠生產庫存規劃、多供應商之數量折扣下之物料採購規劃、多經銷商之轉運及庫存規劃、多零售商之需求配送規劃以及缺貨懲罰情況下建構-以追求利潤最大化為目標之非線性整數規劃INLP (Integer Nonlinear Programming)模型。此外,本模式在求解方面則利用Lingo 9.0 extended version套裝軟體語法進行模式構建,並選擇內建之Global Solver進行全域最佳解之搜尋運算,同時舉-數值範例進行求解之說明。並全面性的探討整體供應鏈中有關採購、生產、存貨、配銷、以及缺貨等問題,且提供-模式化的數量決策平台,使決策者易於使用並提供企業在多期總體供應鏈中各環節之規劃上做-全盤性的考量及即時性之分析。本研究因具有高度的重現性,因此可為供應鏈中各企業在追求整體最佳之採購、生產庫存以及配送規劃上扮演-重要之參考依據。

To face the challenge of globalization, enterprises of nowadays can not only limit themselves in pursuing the maximum benefit like before. Although benefit condition is one of the major considered factors for a business, but the resources allocation, the facilities operation and the material purchasing will be the goals of total maximum value of supply chain creation. Therefore, based on overall consideration of supply chain to create the maximum value should be the concerning issue for a business. This study is aimed to consider the multi-product order, multi-factory production and limited space, multi-material purchase under quantity discounts, multi-distribution transportation, product inventory planning , diverse-multi-retailer demand planning and provide the punishment cost of the demand shortage to construct an Integer Nonlinear Programming (INLP). Additionally, the proposed mathematical model is constructed by the syntax of Lingo9.0 extended version, and then the built-in Global Slover is selected as its solving method. Meantime a numerical example is then followed. Furthermore, this study is aimed to establish a system for a decision maker which in order to provide a referenced decision-making platform under the current complicated environment as well as function as a decision-making tool for focusing on the overall and real-time analyses of multi-interval planning for a supply chain system. This system is willing to investigate the purchase, the production, the inventory, the distribution, and the shortage to deal with the customers' demand with pursuing maximum-profit under the constrained production/inventory and finite distribution capacity. This study creates a highly repeated characteristic because of the application of the package software, and therefore it can treat as a valuable decision tool.
