摘要

近年來病人安全文化概念逐漸被應用至醫療照護領域，而醫療照護係屬高風險產業，此類產業可能造成病人致死或傷害的發生。推動病人安全文化是一國際趨勢，惟將醫療不良事件偵測出來，進而對該事件做設計、評估、以及改善，方能保護病人安全。病人安全文化的範圍甚廣，其中包含醫療疏失的發生，而發生疏失除影響病人生理及心理健康外，對醫療機構的醫療品質，造成難以估計的衝擊。本文試圖以「病人安全文化」的概念融入臨床護理，並引用相關文獻資料，希冀能將病人安全文化的概念應用於臨床護理，以提升護理人員對病人安全文化的認知，確實減少各類醫療疏失的發生率。

Some researchers have even applied this issue to health care. Even though it is an industry with high risks, for it involves patients and injuries, getting patient safety culture moving has become a trend. It is also found that only by detecting bad issues for further design, evaluation and improvement, can the goal of patient safety be reached. Patient safety culture has a comprehensive meaning. For the most part, it is related to medical malpractice. Malpractice may not only affect patients' physical and psychological health but also impact the quality of healthcare. From a literature review, this study develops practical applications for ”patient safety culture” to clinical nursing, giving an opportunity to help nursing professionals be aware of patient safety, hence reducing the high incidence of medical malpractice.
