新進人員護理能力量表的發展及信效度測量

Developing and Psychometric Testing of the "New Nurse's Nursing Competence Scale"

摘要


本研究目的在針對新進護理人員發展一護理能力量表,並進行其信效度的心理計量考驗。採橫斷式之調查設計,立意取樣高雄市某區域級教學醫院的134位護理人員。使用自擬之個人及工作屬性和「新進人員護理能力量表」收集資料,以SPSS15.0統計軟體進行資料分析。結果顯示:「新進人員護理能力量表」的題目具適切性,因素分析萃取出五個因素,分別為「整合照護」、「獨立照護」、「情境處置」、「品保管理」與「專業成長」,共解釋71.5%的總變異量,量表及次量表之Cronbach's α 為.89-.97。研究結果顯示「新進人員護理能力量表」之題目具同質性及穩定性,建議此量表可作為新進人員、輔導員和主管評量新進人員護理能力的工具。

The purpose of this study was to develop a nursing competence scale that is targeted to new nurses, and concurrently to conduct psychometric tests. The study used survey design. A purposive sample consisted of 134 nurses in a Kaohsiung regional teaching hospital. Data were collected by using personal and work information questionnaires and a newly developed ”New Nurse's Nursing Competence Scale”. Data analysis was done by SPSS 15.0 software. Results showed: items of the ”New Nurse's Nursing Competence Scale” were clustered appropriately. Factor analysis had extracted five factors that were named ”collaborative care”, ”independent care”, ”situation management”, ”quality care/management”, and ”professional growth”. These accounted for 71.5% of total variance of nursing competence. The coefficients of Cronbach's alpha ranged from .89-.97 for the total scale and subscales. The results demonstrate the homogeneity and stability among items in the ”New Nurse's Nursing Competence Scale.” It suggests that this newly derived scale can be an empirical tool to assess nursing competence for new nurses, preceptors, and administrators.
