台灣孕期噁心嘔吐婦女之終止妊娠意圖與其相關因素之探討

摘要

本研究目的為探討台灣孕期噁心嘔吐婦女之終止妊娠意圖概況及其相關影響因素；屬橫斷式、回溯性研究設計，以結構性問卷收集資料，共收案388名南部醫院之前胎有孕期噁心嘔吐症狀且沒有合併症的懷孕婦女。卡方檢定與費雪爾精確機率檢定結果發現：（1）「是否意圖終止妊娠」在職業、是否計畫懷孕及孕次方面有顯著性差異，家庭主婦、非計畫懷孕及前胎為經孕婦者之終止妊娠意圖的比率明顯較高；（2）「是否意圖終止妊娠」與「是否缺乏配偶的支持」或「是否影響與配偶的關係」呈顯著性差異，婦女孕期噁心嘔吐時感到缺乏配偶支持或影響與配偶的關係者明顯地較傾向於意圖終止妊娠。本研究結果有助於健康照護專業人員對孕期噁心嘔吐婦女之經驗與感受的更進一步認識；亦可促進健康照護專業人員重視此問題，更落實以家庭為中心之照護理念，提供孕婦適當的協助。€

The purpose of this study was to explore the status and factors associated with elective termination of pregnancy among Taiwanese women with pregnancy-related nausea and vomiting (NV). A cross- sectional and retrospective research design, using a structured questionnaire, was conducted. A total of 388 pregnant women who had NV and were without complications during a previous pregnancy, as well as having made a prenatal clinical visit in southern Taiwan were recruited for this study. Results of χ^2 test and Fisher's exact test found that (1) there were statistically significant differences between ”elective termination of pregnancy” and occupation, planned/unplanned pregnancy, and gravidity. Women who were housewives, had unplanned pregnancy or were multigravid had more intent to have termination of pregnancy; (2) there were statistically significant differences between ”elective termination of pregnancy” and ”whether lack of husbands' support or not” and ”women's relationships with their husbands were influenced or not.” When pregnant women with NV felt that they lacked their husbands' support, or NV influenced women's relationships with their husbands, they made more attempt to have termination of pregnancy. The results of this study could increase health care professionals' understanding of the experience of pregnant women with NV. It could also facilitate health care professionals to be more concerned about this issue and then provide suitable assistance based on family-centered care to these women.
