摘要

本文運用Watson人性化關懷照護理論之關懷理念，分享照顧一位乳癌末期病人之護理經驗。護理期間為2009年10月10日至2009年11月22日，經由直接照護、傾聽、觀察、陪伴及會談等方式，針對個案進行身、心、靈及社會整體性的評估及收集資料，分析發現個案有「低效性呼吸型態」、「疼痛」、「預期性哀傷」之健康問題，主要以十項關懷照護因素作為護理照護指引，並運用另類療法，有效緩解呼吸困難及疼痛之症狀，亦透過穴位按摩及翻身擺位，促進個案身體的舒適。另外，藉由不斷的傾聽、陪伴與禱告，個案臨終前能表示自己被關愛的幸福與滿足感，顯示護理人員關懷素養在護理過程中的重要性，期望藉由此寶貴的護理經驗提供日後臨床照護之參考，展現護理關懷本質初衷。

This article explores the application of Watson's Human Caring Theory to a terminal patient suffering from breast cancer. Care during the October 10, 2009 to November 22, 2009, through direct care, listen, observe, accompany and talk, etc., for the case to the physical, mind, spirit and social integrity of the assessment and collection of information, analysis found cases of ”inefficient breathing pattern,” ”pain,” ”anticipatory grief” of health problems, mainly with 10 caring factors as nursing care guidelines, and the use of alternative therapies, effective relief of symptoms of dyspnea and pain , through massage and also change position, the case body to promote comfort. In addition, by constantly listening, companionship and prayer, the case before death can express her happiness and satisfaction to be caring, show quality nursing care in the nursing process, the importance of expectations by providing this valuable experience for future clinical care care of reference.
