從「國際護理研究者名人堂」談研究經驗
From Research Experiences to the International Nurse Researcher Hall of Fame
摘要
本文提供個人的研究經驗、介紹國際護理榮譽學會（Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, STTI）以及國際護理研究者名人堂（International Nurse Researcher Hall of Fame）。期望透過本文，能激勵年輕護理同仁，投入護理研究工作。同時，期盼台灣優秀護理研究者，能持續有機會獲選「國際護理研究者名人堂」，藉此，可以展現台灣護理研究的成就及國際競爭力。

This article describes the author's personal experiences in nursing research, and introductions of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, STTI and International Nurse Researcher Hall of Fame. Through this article, young nursing scholars would be inspired and devote themselves to nursing research. Excellent Taiwanese nursing scholars are expected to enter the ”International Nurse Researcher Hall of Fame” in order to model the accomplishments of nursing research and the international competitiveness of Taiwan.
