摘要

本研究旨在探討接受全身麻醉病人之手術全期經驗歷程，採質性研究方法，收案對象為北部某醫學中心首次接受全身麻醉手術的病人，藉由恢復室停留期間的直接照護建立信任性的護病關係，並依半結構大綱進行深度訪談，歷時一年共訪談十位符合條件之個案。根據內容分析歸納出四大主題（1）對手術無法掌握的恐懼、（2）準備手術前的情緒安撫、（3）麻醉甦醒後的生理感受及（4）陪伴的安心感。期望經由本研究結果，作為臨床護理人員照護手術全期病人之參考。

The aim of this research was to explore the experiences of patients undergoing general anesthesia in the operative period by a qualitative method. The research recruited 10 participants who met the criteria of the study by purposive sampling, and had been interviewed by use of a semi-structured outline over one year in a hospital in Taipei, Taiwan. Data were analyzed and four themes derived: (1) fear of operation; (2) emotional consolation before operation, (3) physiological feelings during the period of wakefulness after anesthesia; and (4) relief provided by supportive accompanying people. The results could be used to provide better support for patients under operation stage.
