摘要

本文探討照護罹患口腔癌合併惡性腫瘤蕈狀傷口之護理經驗，照護期間自101年11月5至101年11月14日，透過觀察、會談、身體評估及直接照護等方式收集資料，確立個案主要護理問題為：疼痛、組織完整性受損、身體心像紊亂等健康問題。護理期間藉由提供腫瘤傷口護理、 緩解疼痛技巧等，針對個案傷口的狀況以舒適護理為目標，提供符合病人個別性的照護方式，維持整潔的外觀，避免與人群隔閡或社交退縮，進而恢復正常生活狀態，維持良好之生活品質。期望藉此護理經驗之分享，能協助護理同仁提供口腔癌病患身、心、靈與社會需求的更佳照護。

This article addressed nursing experiences of caring for an oral cancer patient with malignant fungating wounds. The duration of nursing care was from November 5th to November 14th, 2012. Data was collected by using observation, interview, physical assessment, and direct patient care, etc. The main health issues that needed to be attended to in this case were pain, impaired tissue integrity, and body image disturbance. During the nursing period, we practiced cancer-wound nursing and pain-relieving skills, and aimed to provide a comfortable nursing experience and individualized care, maintain a clean and tidy appearance, prevent social withdrawal and isolation, and facilitate restoration of normal living condition and life quality. We expect that the sharing of these nursing experiences will help nursing staff provide better care for oral cancer patients in terms of their physical, psychological, spiritual, and social needs.
