因應日益複雜之醫療照護環境,以能力為導向的訓練模式被認為能強化及提升護理人員專業素養與技能。「可信賴專業活動」教學評量模式,是將核心能力架構與里程碑概念融入實際醫療任務並落實於臨床教學評估中,弭平課堂教學與臨床執業的落差,使受訓後學員具備應有之能力,滿足醫療需求,提升照護品質。本文透過文獻回顧,闡述可信賴專業活動內涵和架構、監督等級、質性與量性的回饋評量、及其在臨床護理教育應用現況,以提供教學者瞭解可信賴專業活動教學評量策略。此教學策略透過適時提供回饋以協助學習者修正不足、精進學習進而提升學習者能力,使能成為勝任醫療任務的護理人員,期望作為未來在規劃護理人員在職教育時選擇教學評量策略之參考。
To meet the requirements of increasingly complex medical care, continual innovation in teaching strategies should be emphasized in clinical nursing education to enhance professional competencies. Competency-oriented training has been advocated in nursing education in recent years to strengthen the professional competencies and skills of clinical nursing staff. Trustworthy or Entrustable Professional Activity (EPA) is an innovative and integrated teaching approach that has gained increasing attention in medical and nursing education as well as clinical instruction in other countries. This article describes EPA and reviews the literature for the application of EPA in nursing education; furthermore, it investigates and explains how the EPA concept could be applied in clinical nursing education. The results could serve as a reference for implementing innovative teaching strategies in EPA.
