2019年底新型冠狀病毒(2019-nCoV)在全球蔓延肆虐,造成醫療照護體系極大衝擊,為了預防院內感染爆發,大多數醫療資源集中在防堵疫情,衛福部也提前佈署,提出分艙分流的概念及因應措施。本文為台灣某中部醫學中心在面臨 COVID-19疫情衝擊下,分艙分流照護模式實務作法經驗分享。醫護團隊以內科病房及加護病房為例,依據分艙分流照護概念,制定病人收治流程。護理人員照護模式則採用固定班別、固定組別、固定病人方式及制定用餐原則等。盡量縮短同仁之間接觸時間及範圍、以連續性、分區不跨區照護同一區病人,減少交叉感染的風險,降低醫護人員被隔離的機率,避免醫療系統崩潰導致人力不足。人員管制方面,醫院從入口開始管控,分類民眾及病人就醫屬性,門診及住院等流程皆有區別,在第一時間有效的控管人員,即使一旦發生院內感染,亦能把影響降到最低。希望藉此分艙分流照護模式,讓醫療人員能在安全及健全的體系下正常運作,同時也提供給民眾一個安全的就醫環境。
The pandemic of COVID-19 has devastated the whole world with unprecedented impact on the health care industry. To meet this new challenge, the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Taiwan has developed a tactic to divide the workload within health care institutes and facility to assign each ward and specialty with specific and different duties, which has correspondently greatly reduced the relevant professionals' chances of being infected with the said virus. The implementation of this tactic has succeeded in containing the spread of the virus without disrupting the ongoing services of medical care.
