本文描述一位於疫情期間罹患流感併肺炎病人之護理過程,因面對高度疑似症狀而接受隔離治療,產生身、心理問題的照護經驗。護理期間自2021年8月16日至8月17日,筆者藉由實際照護、訪談等方式,運用Gordon十一項功能性健康型態進行評估,確立個案健康問題包含「氣體交換障礙」、「體溫過高」及「焦慮」。護理過程中除了維持足夠的氧合與緩解體溫過高的不適,也參考文獻運用繪製圖卡傳達關心與鼓勵的訊息,透過影片教導腹式呼吸、運用放鬆技巧,減輕內心的孤獨與焦慮。疫情期間,第一線醫護人員須確實評估與分流,照護隔離個案在提供治療及心理支持,需要不同的方式與技巧,才能幫助個案渡過生、心理的不適,同時達到防疫原則,進而提升護理照護品質。
This article describes the nursing experience of a patient suffering from influenza and pneumonia during COVID-19, who received isolation treatment due to highly suspected symptoms and had physical and psychological problems. From August 16th to 9th in 2021, the author uses Gordon's 11 functional health patterns assessment with data gathered through practical care and interviews. The identified nursing problems were impaired gas exchange, hyperthermia and anxiety. During the caring process, the author also refers to conveying messages of care and encouragement through hand-drawn cards, teaching abdominal breathing through videos, and using relaxation techniques to reduce inner loneliness and anxiety. During COVID-19 pandemic, the frontline medical workers must ensure proper assessment and triage. When caring for isolated cases, providing treatment and psychological support requires different methods and skills to help the patients overcome physical and psychological discomfort, while also achieving the principle of epidemic prevention and improving nursing care quality.
