臺灣高齡社會的眷村老人族群正逐漸凋零,本研究目的乃敘說眷村男性老人的生命故事,採敘事研究法,立意取樣居住眷村的男性老人,通過醫院人體試驗委員會審核,於2021年4至7月進行半結構訪談,依「類別-內容」模式分析。研究對象的年齡分別為72、88、93歲,已居住於眷村72、48、50年,統整研究對象的橫向關鍵故事,發現軍旅生涯類別,包括苦難自保盼安穩和嘉言善行長本領;懷鄉尋根之旅類別,包括相隔江水思故人和尋根行客盼家圓;眷村生活與文化經驗類別,包括安身立命於眷村和眷村文化包萬象。透過三個類別故事看見眷村男性老人的多元生活、教育、文化和變遷,交識融合於其生命脈絡中。護理養成教育可透過老人生命回顧的相關課程,啟蒙護生對於高齡友善照護的學習。
An aging society of Taiwan the elders in the veteran villages were gradually fading away. The purpose of this study was to narrate the life stories of male elders in the veteran villages. Narrative study was used by purposive sampling of male elders living in the veteran villages approved from the hospital Institution Review Board and data collected in the semi-structure interview guideline from April to July, 2021 by「category-content」model analysis. The study samples' ages were 72, 88, 93 years old and have lived in the veteran villages for 72, 48, 50 years. Integrating the horizontal key stories of research samples identified that the military career category included the protecting oneself from suffering and hoping for stability as well as developing skills of virtue through good actions and words. The journey of seeking one's roots category included the Chinese civil war separated them across the Taiwan Strait from old friends and acquaintances they missed and the strangers seek roots and look forward to gathering with their families. The life and cultural experiences in veteran villages category included the getting oneself settled down in the veteran villages and all-inclusive culture heritage of the veteran villages. This study has viewed the multiple cultures of the elders in the veteran villages including lives, education, culture, and migration with intertwining and merging into the research samples' life contexts through three categories of stories. During cultivating nursing education, it could inspire the learning of nursing students to care the elders friendly through the elders' life review related courses.
