This article reports the nursing experience of a terminal patient who had colon cancer with ovarian metastasis in the hospice ward. Using Gordon’s method we assessed the patients’, pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation, pitting edema and psychological, spiritual perspectives of health problems. Four whole care models were applied to this case-holistic person, family care, continuity of care and multidisciplinary care. To love, care, listen and accompany in assisting the patient out of suffering in her last stage of the disease, we helped the patient reach the end of her life peacefully and gracefully.
