This article was to introduce the performance appraisal using Balanced Screcard in healthcare system. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) was selected to be a tool to measure strategic performance. BCS transform organizational visions and strategies into four dimensions of measure index: finance, customer, processes, and learning. Comparisons between traditional financial performance and BSC were also discussed. The article not only provided conceptual framework of BCS but also applied the evaluation tool of professional performance in health care system.
