摘要

本研究目的在了解多媒體影音光碟介入對婦女行子宮切除手術醫療決策之成效，採橫斷式研究方法，立意取樣以東部某兩家醫院與東北部某醫院病患為樣本，共收有效問卷100份，利用結構式問卷及深入訪談進行研究。資料處理以SPSS 10.0軟體，採用描述性與推論性統計分析。研究結果顯示：多媒體影音光碟介入前後研究對象醫療決策比較，實驗組前測對後測呈顯著差異(t=2.30, p=.00)，對照組前測對後測未呈顯著差異(t=1.32, p=.53)。研究對象的教育程度、婚姻狀況、是否為更年期、疾病診斷、生產次數為醫療決策的重要預測因子，共可解釋總變異量達56.2%，研究結果可進一步提供婦女相關自我保健知識及其醫療自主權，協助婦女自我照顧，促進其生活品質。

The purpose of this study was to understand the influence in women who were faced the medical decision of hysterectomy. This was a cross-sectional study. One hundred patients were selected purposively from three hospitals at eastern and north-eastern region of Taiwan. Data was obtained by in-depth interview and structured questionnaire, Statistic analysis by SPSS for Windows 10.0. The result showed the comparison of the effect of medical decision of hysterectomy pre and post Multimedia Videodisc Device was implemented, there were significant difference in experimental group (t=2.30, p=.00) and no significant difference (t=1.32, p=.53) in control group. Education, Marital status, Menopause, Disease diagnosis, and Para times were proved important as predictive variables for medical decision, which could explain 56.2% of total variances. This study provided relative knowledge of self health and medical rights for women, assisting women in self care and promoting quality of life.
