一位接受足部皮瓣重建病患身體心像紊亂之照護經驗
The Body Image Disturbance Nursing Care Experience for a Patient with Foot Flap Reconstruction

This paper reported the postoperative nursing experience of a foot crushing injury patient receiving flap reconstruction. The Roy's adaptation model was used to identify nursing problems and set goals for the caring plan. During care period, we used observation, listening and interview for data collection. The major problem was body image disturbance. Increasing and reconstructing the positive self-concept perception and description were the interventions used to enhance his positive adaptation.
