摘要

舌診是傳統中醫學的獨特診斷方法，也是辨證論治與施護的重要依據。本文旨在闡述舌診的源流與發展。當時代變遷時，中醫舌診亦隨著現代電腦資訊科技與知識經濟發展，在實務、研究、教與學上有新的變革，相較於過去，舌診運用於辨證之決策確認更簡而易行，未來如能廣泛的應用在臨床實務上，將得以突顯中醫護理的特色。

Tongue diagnosis, an unique diagnosis method in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), provides essential and important pattern differentiation that leads to decision-making of therapy and nursing care. This article aims to introduce the development of tongue diagnosis. With today’s ever-changing computer information technology and knowledge economy, tongue diagnosis of TCM has been reformed in practice, research and learning-teaching strategy. Tongue diagnosis, as compared to the past, becomes easier in learning and practicing. Hopefully, it can apply clinically and extensively in order to demonstrate the characteristics of nursing in TCM.
