管灌餵食病患營養不良問題之導因

摘要

住院病患因疾病限制和生理不適等因素的影響，使得在住院過程中發生營養不良的問題，在近十多年來一直是普遍存在的問題，而管灌餵食病患發生此問題的機率及嚴重性相對更高。本篇文章針對管灌餵食病患營養不良的影響因素，提出相關文獻查證。結果發現除因管灌餵食的缺乏自主性及選擇權，可能會造成攝食的不均衡，還有疾病、傷口、藥物使用及日常活動功能等因素也會對營養狀況造成影響。由於管灌餵食對病患營養供應不可或缺，我們應從中學習，並在第一線工作替病患發現，以防治營養不良問題的產生。

Patients who in hospital, disease restriction or poor appetite always make the problem of malnutrition, and it's more severely in tube-fed patients. This article point on the reason really induced tube-fed patients nutrition status nourished. According reference search, lack of self control and choice may induce the unbalance of intake, disease status, wound stage, medication and the function of daily living may also have the impact of nutrition status. Whatever, We still need to know and help to prevent the malnutrition status of patients.
