照護一位活體腎臟捐贈手術母親之護理經驗
The Nursing Experience for a Mother Who Undergoing Living Kidney Donation: A Case Report
摘要
本文敘述一位52歲母親捐贈腎臟給兒子的照護經驗，筆者於2008年4月8日至4月14日照護期間，藉由會談、傾聽等方式，依生理、心理、社會、靈性及發展進行護理評估，確立個案有焦慮、心靈困擾及疼痛等健康問題。針對其身心需求提供護理計劃與措施，術前透過教育、諮詢及說明，使之了解活體腎臟捐贈移植過程及術後照護重點而減輕焦慮；運用靈性照護原則，藉由傾聽陪伴、分享，讓個案藉由腎臟捐贈過程體認母親角色的意義，進而舒緩心靈困擾；術後則提供多元藥物／非藥物疼痛處置，改善疼痛情形促進早期下床，提昇術後生活品質。分享此一中年母親捐贈腎臟之照顧經驗，期提醒專業照顧者在面對器官移植案例時，也宜多關注捐贈者的照護需求。

This paper describes an experience of looking after a mother undergoing living kidney donation. From April 8 to 14 in 2008, the authors offered a comprehensive nursery evaluation to this patient by visiting, conversation to make sure that this patient was met some healthy problems, such as anxiety, disturbance of mind and pain. In the process of donating living kidney, we supplied preoperative education and applied spiritual care to make the patient understand her role of mother, and relieved the disturbance in her mind. In addition, the authors controlled her wound pain and increasing her quality of inhospital life. Finally, we expect to set a model for nursrs to take care of further similar cases through our experience of caring a patient undergoing living kidney donation, helping dealing with her healthy problem, promoting the quality of nursing to make patients obtain comprehensive care.
